"After several bowling injuries to my shoulder, arm, and elbow, I continued bowling not seeking medical help which eventually led to the pain in the muscles of the shoulder and neck worsening and it began radiating up the side of my head. There also was a pain in my lower back that continued down through the left leg which became severe under certain conditions. "My son and I were in a minor car accident on January 25, 2008. Fortunately, no one needed an ambulance. Two days later, I could hardly turn my head, and my shoulder and back were killing me! I called Dr. Russo’s office and he was able to see me the next day. After a through evaluation and x-rays, Dr. Russo told me that I had a severe case of whiplash. He scheduled me for adjustments and massage therapy twice a week, and then later he added in physical therapy. After several visits with the adjustments and both therapies, my back pain got much better.
